Refunds for digital reports and subscriptions
This refund policy explains how LeadRevive handles refund requests for premium reports and monitoring subscriptions.
1. Digital report purchases
Premium reports are digital products. Once a premium report has been generated, delivered, or unlocked, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or in cases of duplicate billing, technical failure, or material delivery issues.
2. Eligible refund cases
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment, failure to deliver the purchased digital report, payment charged in error, or a verified technical issue that prevented access to the purchased product.
3. Subscription billing
Monitoring subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided unless required by law.
4. Chargebacks and abuse
If a payment is disputed or charged back after access has been granted, LeadRevive may suspend access to premium content or future services related to that transaction.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
6. Policy updates
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies to new purchases from the time of publication.
